And yet – here you will find all the important things that govern the relationship between you (our beloved customer) and Gora Eyewear when you use our website or order our glasses.
1. Who we are

Gora Eyewear is a brand dedicated to handmade wooden sunglasses – combining design, sustainability and high-quality materials.
2. Application of these terms
These General Terms and Conditions define:
- access to and use of the website www.goraeyewear.com,
- the rules for ordering, delivery, payment and returning products,
- as well as the rights and obligations of Gora Eyewear and the customer.
By using the site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree - no drama, just do not use the site (or write to us to help you with your questions).
3. Changes to the terms
Yes, we do not like boring formalities either, but sometimes the law changes.
Gora Eyewear reserves the right to update or modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
The new version comes into effect from the moment of its publication on the website.
Don't worry - we will not change anything secretly; we will always clearly publish the new terms and conditions.
4. Access to the website
- Access to the site is free and free.
- Gora Eyewear is not responsible if the site is temporarily unavailable for technical reasons (after all, the internet sometimes has bad days).
- By using the site, you agree not to use it for illegal or malicious actions.
5. User registration
- You do not have to have an account to order. You can also do it as a guest.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and the security of your password.-
- If something happens to your account (for example, you suspect unauthorized access) - write to us immediately at goraglasses@gmail.com.
6. Products and information
Gora Eyewear strives to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information about all products, including:
- materials, sizes, color, availability and price.
However, since each pair is handmade, there may be slight differences between the photo and the actual product - this is not a defect, but part of the charm of natural materials.
7. Prices
- All prices are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) including VAT.
- Gora Eyewear reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
- If you have already placed an order, the price you saw when ordering remains valid and does not change.
8. Ordering products
- To place an order through the website www.goraeyewear.com, select the desired product and click the "Add to cart" button, then follow the confirmation steps.
- By sending the order, it is considered that you have made an offer to conclude a purchase contract with Gora Eyewear.
- After we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email, which means that we have accepted it and are starting processing it.
- If for some reason the product is not available (for example, someone grabbed it a second before you), we will notify you immediately and offer you a replacement, making a new pair or a full refund.
9. Order Confirmation
- The order is considered final when you receive an email from goraglasses@gmail.com confirming that the order has been accepted and is being processed.
- Gora Eyewear reserves the right to refuse an order if:
- there is suspicion of fraudulent activity;
- the product is out of stock;
- there is an obvious technical error in the price or description.
- (Don't worry - this almost never happens, but we have to mention it because it is required by law.)
10. Payment methods
- You can pay for your order in one of the following ways:
- Cash on delivery - you pay the amount directly to the courier.
- Payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) - through a secure online system.
- Bank transfer - to the Gora Eyewear account specified when confirming the order.
- All payments are fully protected by using SSL encryption and we only work with licensed payment operators.
11. Delivery
- Deliveries are made through trusted courier partners (e.g. Econt or Speedy) within 1–5 business days after order confirmation.
- We deliver throughout Bulgaria, as well as abroad by individual agreement.
- The delivery price is calculated automatically when ordering and is visible before its confirmation.
- For orders above a certain value (periodically announced on the site), delivery may be free of charge.
12. Check upon receipt
- When you receive the shipment:
- carefully check the integrity of the packaging;
-If you notice visible damage, you have the right to refuse receipt and notify Gora Eyewear at goraglasses@gmail.com.
- Once you accept the shipment, it is considered that you have received it in good condition.
However, if it turns out that there is a hidden defect – we have a special procedure for this (see the “Complaints and returns” section below).
13. Transfer of ownership and risk
- Ownership of the product passes to the customer at the time of full payment of the price.
The risk (e.g. from damage during transportation) passes to the customer at the time of receipt of the shipment.
14. Right to withdraw from the contract
If for any reason you do not like the product – we completely understand. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply notify us by email at goraglasses@gmail.com with the subject "Order Cancellation" and indicate:
order number,
name and phone number,
and your desire to return.
You will then receive instructions on how to return the product.
Our advice: keep the packaging and labels - it will facilitate the process and speed up the recovery.
15. Product return conditions
In order for the return to be accepted:
- the product must be in its original condition,
- unused, without signs of wear or damage,
- in the original packaging, together with all accompanying accessories and documents.
If the product has been personalized (for example, with an individual design or engraving), it is not subject to return, except in case of proven defect.
16. Refund
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund you within 14 days using the same method you paid for it (unless you explicitly request another method).
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
If upon inspection it is found that the product has been used, damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund.
17. Complaints and Defects
All of our products are handmade and undergo strict quality control. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item – we apologize in advance and will fix it.
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product at goraglasses@gmail.com, attaching:
a brief description of the problem,
photos,
order number.
After inspection, we will offer you one of the following solutions:
replacement with a new product,
repair (if possible),
or a full refund.
Minor differences in color or wood structure are not considered a defect, but a natural characteristic of the material.
18. Products damaged upon delivery
If the shipment arrives visibly damaged:
- do not accept it from the courier and notify us immediately;
- if you have already accepted it, take photos of the packaging and the product and send them to us.
We will fully cooperate – either refund the amount or send you a new pair, at our expense.
19. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The following product categories are not subject to return, except in case of defect:
- Personalized items (e.g. engravings, special orders, unique sizes or colors);
- Products damaged by the customer's fault after receipt;
- Products without original packaging and labels.
20. Quality Guarantee
Each pair of Gora Eyewear glasses is the result of hand-crafted craftsmanship, careful selection of materials and strict quality control.
All our products come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
improper use or storage (e.g. exposure to water, high temperature, impact, etc.);
normal wear and tear during use;
unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Our principle is simple – if the defect is our fault, we will repair or replace the product, no questions asked.
21. How to file a warranty claim
To file a warranty claim:

order number,
description of the problem,
photos or video, if possible.
Once we have reviewed the case, we will contact you to arrange a return, repair or exchange.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gora Eyewear shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products or the website.
This includes (but is not limited to):
loss of data,
loss of revenue,
inconvenience or dissatisfaction.
Our liability is always limited to the value of the product purchased.
Simply put: we are here to give you great glasses, not to take the blame for you forgetting them on the beach.
23. Site Information
All images and descriptions on the site are for informational purposes only and there may be minor differences between the photos and the actual products (due to the nature of the wood and handcrafting).
Despite our efforts to keep the site accurate and up-to-date, Gora Eyewear
does not guarantee that the information is always free of errors or technical inaccuracies.

Our website may contain links to other sites that are not operated by Gora Eyewear.
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites – but we only add links that we trust.
25. Force majeure
Gora Eyewear is not responsible for delays or non-performance of obligations when this is due to unforeseeable events beyond our control – for example, natural disasters, technical failures, strikes, war or pandemics (yes, we have already experienced one).
26. Product use
Our glasses are intended for everyday use and sun protection.
They are not intended for industrial, medical or specialized protection (for example, welding, high-altitude mountain climbing, etc.).
